In my practice, I see a lot of women with acne at age 25-45. The problem with adult acne has become pervasive. Some of the women suffer since puberty and for some the problem started later in life, often after they stopped taking hormonal birth control.<\/span><\/p>\n

So what are the <\/span>main reasons for adult acne<\/b>?<\/span><\/p>\n

  3. the wrong kind of <\/span>Nutrition<\/b>, this is the most important one! <\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Gut issues<\/b>, of course this is related to nutrition<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Food intolerances<\/b>, they are also related to the gut and the food you eat<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Stress<\/b>, everyone has it and especially us women are affected by it!<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Hormonal imbalances<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
